What if the ring doesn't fit, can it be resized?

Yes, sizing is the easy bit! If the ring is too tight or loose our in-house jeweller can have it sized for you. However, due to the rings being pre-owned it is important to note that there may be some limitations on sizing. We can advise on this once we know your exact size and give a quotation for the cost.

Do I need to book an appointment to visit your store?

I left my ring with Fable & Ember recently which was cleaned and polished and on their website within a week. After 10 days, they contacted me to say that my ring was sold and I received my money straight away.
