What if the ring doesn't fit, can it be sized?
Yes, sizing is the easy bit! If the ring is too tight or loose our in-house jeweller can have it sized for you. However, due to the rings being pre-owned it is important to note that there may be some limitations on sizing. We can advise on this once we know your exact size and give a quotation for the cost.
Do I need to book an appointment to visit your store?
An appointment is not necessary, you are welcome to call in any time. That being said, we can get extremely busy so where possible an appointment is recommended. We want to be able to offer each customer the best service. For an appointment, please reach out to enquiries@fableandemberjewellery.com
Is there a risk to buying pre-owned jewellery?
Our exceptional gemologist and jewellers check over each piece, this ensures you are aware of any excess wear before buying it and can be advised on jewellery care.
Can I leave a deposit on an item?
Yes, of course. Just get in touch with a member of staff. A deposit can be left to hold the ring then paid off when you are collecting it.
